X7 with 16 mm lens

Greetings, how do you think the new X7 camera/gimbal will fare for mapping if using the 16 mm lens?  According to DJI it has the same field of view as the X4s (84 deg).  No mention if it will work with the M210, but could be a high res option for the I2.

It will give much higher GSD and probably be pretty awesome optically so I would say it should be pretty good. In general they are trying to support everything on both platforms but the M210 seems to be a bit slower to get solid support.
