can't login in app Map Pilot Pro

hello, I'm trying to login in the Map Pilot Pro app but it says

"Unable to log in with the provided credentials"

I'm using the same ones from where I'm logged in right now in my computer. I was a user of Map Pilot, this is the very first time that I'm trying the new version of the app.
