If your goal is to run lots of small jobs in a day you can either use the "Force Paid" checkbox in step 2 of the uploader while using points or you can get a subscription. The subscriptions limit how many you can run in a 24 hour period as well.
The only way to run more than 5 maps of less that 1 gigapixel of imagery in a day is to use points. The 5 map per 24 hours limitation is in place with subscriptions as well.
