Any height limitation that is making you fly higher would be because of high overlap settings on a slow camera. You either need to use less overlap or use a faster SD card write speed in the Settings. The write speed should generally be set to 1 frame per 2 seconds unless you have done a lot of testing with your camera and SD card.

I’m using an ultra SanDisk MicroSD, adjusted overlap and set the interval to 1 frame per 2 seconds. Height remains at 164ft. Checking if someone has flown below 164ft with an Air 2S and if so, what were your settings.

What overlap are you using? The higher the overlap the closer together the pictures are going to be.
When you get to a certain point the aircraft cannot slow down any further because it is limited to a minimum speed of 2 m/s so you have to either space the images out further or fly higher. If you want to fly lower you need to space the images out more.
