Use ortho map to plan flights on newly constructed structures

Iv been looking for a solution to this issue. 

Newly constructed solar farm that does not show on the google map in flight apps. I want to plan a ortho flight but the imagery doesnt exist in the current sat maps like google earth pro etc.. Id like to possibly import a kml file into a flight app so I can use it as a border to plan the flight. I could also do a flight plan via ''tap'' to get an ortho map. But Id like a flight plan that is much more specific to the area to be inspected for the thermal flights.

Any advise appreciated!
