Map Pilot App purchase

I just purchased the app in the Apple Store. Actually I purchased the Lite version and then upgraded to the business, paying the extra money.

I had to delete the app and reload from the cloud and in doing so, its asking me to purchase the upgrade again...

HELP!!!!

Is there a live person to speak to at Map Pilot or a working email address?

You can only ever pay for any of our features one time per Apple ID. You cannot be charged twice for the same feature on any given account. As long as you are still logged in as the purchasing user's account it is save to hit 'Purchase' again. 

Or you can hit 'Restore' which is for restoring previously made purchases.

Sorry about all of the questions. I did figure out the "restore" in the app... now I just need to be able to see my Mavic 2 Pro in the app...
