Promotional Points Disapeared

I just made an account and am trying to create my first map. When I logged in there were 500 promo points, but when I went to "check out" and start the image uploading my promo balance was at 0 and I had to buy 300 points to finish pay for the map. Can you please re-upload the 500 points to my account?
