If I start to map an area, but then choose to want to expand the area, can I map MORE of the sam area and create a larger map?

In Maps Made Easy, all of the processing is done at one time and there is no opportunity to add images to a map that has already processed.
You can, however, take data for an area and then go back and take some more for an adjacent area. Care should be taken to try to match the lighting conditions as well as possible and have a couple rows of overlap between the adjacent segments to ensure good results.

I get that this feature is unavailable, but are there any plans, or can you consider adding this as a feature?
1. If an area is already processed, it would mean a redundant effort on the part of your processors, and a redundant cost from the client's (my) standpoint, to restitch all of the individual photos that have already been tied together into a beautiful orthomosaic.
2. It seems that wanting to expand a map would be fairly commonplace. (will be for me anyhow). I need to map large areas, using the DJI drone I have available, and am limited to a finite number of batteries/ flying time /day. If I fly one "section" per day, then having it process while I fly the next section the next day, will allow me to determine if my first effort left any holes, or problematic areas that may need to be reflown. It would be great to make these assessment, and capture the needed imagery supplements before moving too far ahead to other regions.
3. Waiting until an entire large area has been imaged, and doing it "all at once" also means that holes and problematic areas cannot be corrected. It would be great to be able to "amend" or "upgrade" a map with better imagery from problem areas.
Any thoughts on this? I am very impressed with the service thus far, having just completed my first "test" map (a subsection of a much larger map to come). I just assumed that I would take that completed piece, and add the rest of the unprocessed imagery to get the final complete map. Starting back from square one seems... like it's wasting everyone's time and money.
Is this really a huge technical hurdle, or is this a marketing workflow decision?
If you need a more interactive processing workflow you may want to look into using software such as Pix4D. In our processing all images get compared to every single other image so adding an image requires a full reprocessing. The same is true with Pix4D.
We provide the Location Map feature for show adjacent areas in the same web map. If you need to combine the TIF outputs we recommend the use of QGIS to combine the source imagery.
Zane -- I had some poor results in a couple spots of my recent map, "Auburn Down Town Street Lights", and I wanted to confirm if my assumptions about how I can improve it are correct.
I flew nearly all of the project to this point with the DJI Pilot app’s waypoint mission, flying a number of those missions to facilitate battery changes, trying to achieve 80-90% front- and side-lap, and at a nice, slow 1 m/s, but the processing report tells me that I failed in several areas to get adequate overlap. The northwest and southwest corners of the project area, in particular, were excluded from the MME output. After reviewing posts in the MME forum such as, "Overlap Reports" and "Enlarging an Existing Map," My assumptions/conclusions are:
