These blue spots are caused by the inclusion of images of the horizon. The blue is from the blue sky above the horizon. At the time of upload you have to check a box to agree that your images adhere to the Data Collection guidelines and this is one of the things that is covered there.
All jobs are processed all at once and there is no opportunity to edit or redo a job other than uploading the job all over again.
