As you listed support fore the mavic 3E and controller on your website I have paid for a subscription but have found that the controller will not connect to the aircraft, No DJI pilot 2 ias not running in the background. Also whenever I open the app on the controller (version 1.1.8c installed) it asks me top update to the latest version 1.2 but that is not available in the Amazon App Store so I have been unable to use my new aircraft with my subscription and ion the meantime have had to subscribe to another app - not happy!
We have stopped releasing to the Amazon App Store. It takes up to two weeks to release an app publicly there which is way to slow to keep up with the rapid pace of our development. You should get the APKs here:

Be sure to use the Enterprise version with that remote.
