Well, today I had the no-picture-taking-problem again. It was a multi battery mission, and during the first flight with the first battery suddenly, at the end of the second line, the app stoppped taking pictures. There picture count stopped but the drone flew the mission till the battery swap. Checking the MicroSD card there were only the first 24 pictures, like the count reported.
I have downloaded the log and can send you via e mail.
What is the problem? This is mapping of woods, there is no line of sight. Is that a problem?
I allways do close all apps and my Ipad is for flying only.

Line of sight and signal strength certainly play a role in the ability to trigger the camera.

I just uploaded the log and can see that there was lost of downlink data connection at the moment when MP stopped taking pictures.
So, isn't the app uploading the mission to the drone before flight to be able to continue without an active link?
How elese can I map a dense forrest? There are not many spots to climb on and certainly not many points where I can see the drone.
All flight is handled by the aircraft and gets programmed in before it leaves the ground at the defined takeoff point.
In the absence of a hardware error the flight will be executed as shown by the blue line. It will fly until the battery says it needs to go home.
If you having issues maintaining a connection you should look at our connectionless mapping mode which offloads the image taking to the aircraft instead of the mobile device.
