Is there any way i can get someone to look at a map i am trying to process. 700 points paid for a 400 image map but 20% seems to have been chopped off. the missing bit is an area i have shot and processed before as a smaller area but when included in a whole site shoot one big part is missing. the map is not a regular shape as there are no fly areas . so it is not a rectangle for example. before i go and re shoot and then pay again is there a way of someone pointing me in the right direction as all of the help guides dont seem to apply.
Sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. It looks like you are flying forwards on one pass and backwards on the way back. This is a BIG no-no...
From our Data Collection guidelines:
Never Fly Backwards - Collect all of your data while traveling forward. Most aerial cameras have rolling shutters and mixing forward and backward flight ruins the chances of the job turning out well.

Thanks for the pointers re the flight path and i have looked at that however when I extracted the missing photographs for the end of the map and processed them they came out fine.
Next as I had been using GS Pro to plan the map I thought I should try it with MME. The problem there, and I think this is the nub of the issue in processing it as well, is that I cannot add waypoint to avoid the no fly areas that I need to. On the attached screen shot from the GS screen you will see the route I flew bit on MME I cant seen to get a waypoint that indents the west boundary. If that is common to the processing software then maybe what it is doing is stopping the processing in straight line and omitting the bit to the west of it. does that make sense and I suppose the questions is, is that the way the processing works? or should I be able to process an irregular footprint?
That said I can plan the mapping with a series of rectangles if I can then join those together. So another question...is there a way to join my two maps together to make one? thanks for your help with this. TC

just how I have asked it to process them? Is there something else I can try?
For convex flight survey areas with interior points we recommend either flying two separate missions or using the Linear Flight planning tool to design the flight. We have found that convex survey areas don't turn out as well when processed so we don't enable their collection in Map Pilot.
Dumbing down the resolution of the source images is a great way to get problem image sets to process but we don't do that. Some other services do. If you want to get lower GSD we recommend flying higher or preprocessing the data yourself. We don't want to make decisions for your data for you.
Maps Made Easy processes all data at the native resolution of the source images. Reducing resolution of the source images will give a lower resolution output and less accurate results. Sometimes that is OK but we let the user make those decisions.
thanks . I had thought that 2 missions might be the way to go. is there a way in MME to join them into one map to present to people or is photoshop the only way?
You can take the data in multiple flights and just upload the data all together so it will get stitched together into one images. Just make sure there is enough overlap between the adjacent missions.
If they have already been processed you can put them together into one web map using our Location Map feature.
