manage subscription

On March 29, 2022, I subscribed to the Pro Plan Annual ($ 150 / year), after having subscribed to the Pro Plan ($ 15.00 / month) for several months. However, I realized that the previous plan with a monthly charge in mid-April and mid-May remained active. How can I cancel this monthly plan. It would also be correct to be able to have the 2 months paid unnecessarily credited. Thanks

I don't see any Pro plan subscription payments on your account. The only payment I see is the $150 for the Pro annual on March 29 2022. The system is showing you were on a Free plan before that.

Can you email us with some of the receipts for payments so we can figure out what is going on?

Hi, I'm still waiting for your reply !!! I would also like to be sure that there are no more charges as of 06/13.
Given my communication it would be a scam. Instead, I hope that everything will be resolved.

It looks like you signed up for two accounts! When we search for your account with the email address we only saw the one account before but searching with your last name shows your two accounts. 

One for the address info@techfly-snc.it and one for a.lunghi@techfly-snc.it

info@techfly-snc.it has a Pro annual account that expires March 29 2023. 

a.lunghi@techfly-snc.it is on the monthly plan.

You should log into the a.lunghi@techfly-snc.it account and set the subscription back to Free to stop further charges.
