I've had issues with signal connection even when the drone is within 300 feet of me. I'm using DJI Phantom 4 pro v2, everything is updated, using a ipad mini 4. Has anyone installed a 4hawks raptorxr at all to see if that helps with signal issues?
If you are having RC connection issues at that range it is likely either an interference problem with can be addressed in the DJI app or you may not have your antennae pointed properly.

Thank you for your reply. I'll try to manually set the channel instead of auto. Has anyone else had issues with ipad mini 4, not being able to run the app smoothly? Should I replace it with a newer model?
Yes, there are issues with the iPad mini 4 after the 15.2 update. This is discussed in the previous post.
