Outputs not uploading to Dropbox

I have had the Dropbox integration set up since 2017, but processing of some new maps last week are not being uploaded to Dropbox/Apps/MapsMadeEasy. I've checked the settings, and reauthorized dropbox, and checked that the connection is still active in Dropbox...all looks good. Plenty of space in my Dropbox account. What else can I try to get this working?

Dropbox is changing how they do their security and are no longer providing "long lived tokens" which means that you have to reauthorize Maps Made Easy more often. 

Go to your account profile:

https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/profile

And click the "Reauthorize Dropbox Access" button.

I did that prior to my last processing job the other day, but that one didn't upload either...Does it take some time for the reauthorization to take hold? Hoping to get this figured out before processing more.

Hmmm. I just checked your log file and it says there is no Dropbox token on file for you. Are you sure you went through the whole process of updating it?

Just to be sure is this for the job "DECUAS21_NYLight4west_20210820"?

There doesn't appear to be much of a process. Just tried it again. Click the reauthorize button, and then the profile page refreshes with a green "Dropbox file syncing access has been granted". Same thing when I did it last. Under Third Party integrations, it always says "Access Granted".

Correct on the job.

OK. We see a token value in there now. We see what might be going on though. Can you please try to run another small job using the Classic workflow and let us know if the files get there?

Ok, will do a bit later today. I've been using the DJI workflow- is that an issue? I think this recent set of jobs is the first time I've used that workflow.

It might be. This will help us figure out if it is a workflow issue or a token issue. Are you not getting some of the files or all of the files?

I'm getting nothing. No job folder created as it has been in the past.

Small job with Classic workflow just finished, and dropbox exports are completed as expected. Should I assume this is DJI workflow thing?

OK. We have made a fix and hopefully it will address the issue. The job titled "DECUAS21_NYLight4west_20210820" has been set to rerun and will hopefully upload the files for you.

It looks like the rerun is almost finished. Please give it a look to see if the files are there.

Ok looks like the dropbox outputs were created. Fewer here than with the Classic workflow- maybe some weren't selected when I set up the DJI workflow on this project. I think I recall there was an option to include more outputs.

Great. We are glad to hear that fixed it. Yes, with the DJI Specific workflow you need to opt-in to create some of the Advanced Outputs in Step 2 of the upload process.
