Hi, just wondering if the photos taken by Mavic 4 Pro cannot be processed by DJI Specific workflow since Mavic 4 Pro is not on the supported hardware list.
I've tried 4 different kind of browser but I just stucked on the first step of uploading images.
It seems to work with classic workflow just fine though.
The Mavic 4 Pro is not on the supported hardware list for Map Pilot Pro because DJI has not provided SDK support for it. The images from that camera work fine with the DJI Workflow. You need to transfer the images from the SD card on your computer and not use the DJI app to transfer the images. This process strips the original EXIF tags for some reason and those tags are needed to use the DJI Workflow.

I did check the EXIF tags, by using Geosetter, and all the tags seemed intact?
Those tags do look OK. Please email us one of the images so we can check it. mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com
