Shutter speed that cannot be set

What I have noticed with my recently upgraded MP pro is that when in shutter speed priority, I cannot set the shutter speed (shutter speed is grayed out). In exposure priority, exposure cannot be set.
Isn't this the opposite of S-mode and A-mode?

It worked fine on Inspire 2, so it may be the M2P specific issue.
