Full 3D only available with Pay as you Go points
Hello,
I'm trying to get a full 3d rendering but am unable to check the Full 3D checkbox on step 2. Says they're only usable when using pay as you go points. I still have my 500 free points so I figured if I bought the lowest amount of points I'd be good to go. Well I'm at 800 "purchased" points now (200 paid plus 500 free) and I am still unable to check that box?
Is it simply that I didn't buy enough points?
