No but you can in Tag Pilot using it's linear mission planning.

The log files can be combined with the video to show where the camera was looking at the time. We do this for Tag Pilot flights. The feature is not available for Map Pilot flights yet but maybe it should be...

Not really. It is just for viewing in our site. I am not aware of a way to view georeferenced video in QGIS. Correct me I am mistaken.
