You can use QGIS to create georeferenced PDF from the GeoTiff images.
We do not plan on creating georeferenced PDFs at any time in the future.

Can any of the tools on Maps Made Easy be used to create a Georeferenced PDF from a geotiff file?
If this feature is currently not available on Maps Made Easy are there any plans to add this type of feature or are there any online tools/sites that currently can perform this task?
