Camera View Intermittent

Hello, 

Today was my first time using Map Pilot Pro. I was flying an Air 2S with the RC-N1, using a Google Pixel 7 Pro, and downloaded the APK (2.3.0b) from the website for app installation since I'm running Android 15. Everything with my planned flights worked as expected, except that the camera view wasn't showing a constant video feed. It wasn't just a black image like I've seen in other posts, it was just a frozen image view that would update very infrequently and sporadically. It almost felt like a connection issue, but this was happening even when I was right next to the drone, and it maintained a strong enough connection to fly the mission using virtual sticks even at several hundred feet away. I haven't seen this issue elsewhere, so it certainly could be user error, but I couldn't find anything that I was doing out of the ordinary based on the video tutorials. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

Yikes. We just added Android 14 support and Android 15 is already out... Boo. We haven't tested with that at all yet. It is likely something to do with the DJI SDK which the JUST fixed for Android 14 a few days ago. 

Aside from maybe trying a different device you could follow the instructions here:

And really make sure all other apps are fully closed to make sure all the resources and connections are available to Map Pilot Pro.

Thanks for the quick response, Zane. As a software engineer, I can definitely empathize lol. Seems like new software is always released as soon as you get a handle on the old stuff...

I do have another, older device I can try next time I get out. I wasn't able to view the article you sent - says I'm not authorized to access the page? I did make sure to force stop the DJI Fly app before flying and I don't have any other apps that use the DJI SDK that would interfere, but I didn't close every other app before flying. I'll try that next time as well.
