Sketchfab

Hello, I am trying to upload a 3D model to sketchfab but it only processes the un-textured image files.I have uploaded all 3 files i.e 3D Model (OBJ)

3D Material (MTL)

3D Texture (JPG)

I see you have uploaded the Salvation Mountain project and wondered if you could tell me how you did it.

The OBJ, MTL and JPG files can be uploaded directly to give the best resolution possible. The KMZ is a 250K face 3D model. Depending on the kind of SketchFab account you have you can upload a few million faces and have better 3D fidelity.

The Salvation Mountain sample was directly uploaded as the OBJ file set.

If it is giving you a warning that the files are too big you can use MeshLab (free software) to decimate the model down to a size that will be capable of being uploaded to your account.

Ive sussed it. Just use the KMZ file.

Using the DJI Workflow you need to check the "Full Resolution OJB" box in Step 2 of the uploader. All Classic Workflow jobs get these files generated by default.
