Inspire 2 fault with Map pilot

Can this be looked at please, come across a possible software issue with Inspire 2 conducting glitchy flight when terrain awearness is used. When it takes flight after the upload of mission it will fly to the start point but won't take pictures it will fly for about a minute or two on average or a few flight legs and then commences to take images skipping everything it just flew over also when doing multiple battery mission the end flight route go's off the map for miles and miles or won't go back to abandoned point at no stage I interfere with its landing. If you turn off terrain awearness and do mission again it works like it should. I have tried this multiple times and can confirm that feature is at fault.

Before you start on the usual feedback. I'm using latest firmware, inspire configured correctly, fastest mini iPad 4 with no background apps running, genuine cables, fastest sd cards tried deleting the app and reloading to no avail.

It doesn't sound like this is an issue with the Inspire 2 but is more likely caused by a home point or terrain data availability issue.

Did you verify the blue flight path before taking off? If it wasn't correct that would explain it taking off and running away since the home point wasn't likely set properly. The blue line check is the most important part of the takeoff sequence.

Are you checking the elevation profile that is shown? Is it showing what you would expect?

Is this with the X5S or the X4S camera?

Is this Active Connect or Connectionless?

We haven't ever heard of anything like this happening so please email us your log files for inspection.

Blue line at start of flight is normal but does not start capture where it should. Blue line on multi Batt flight is returning to start or returning somewhere off the map. Flights are with x5s camera and active connect. The terrain profile looks normal. I did a series of flights at this spot a month ago with terrain and worked, I think a app update was done since.

I sent log files Over a week ago and email, with no result.

Returning somewhere off the map is super bad. DO NOT ACCEPT THAT. That means the home point is set somewhere crazy and you will likely experience a flyaway.

There was nothing of note in your log files.

We have a lot of people using the Inspire 2 and they are not reporting issues such as these so it sounds like it is specific to your setup.
