You have to do the Terrain Awareness part in Map Pilot Pro before exporting the KMZ.

Mini 4 Pro terrain following
Hi. Using the dummy file method to enable use of Map Pilot Pro with the Mini4 Pro/Mavic 3 etc is it possible to get the terrain following feature.
