Terrain Aware not available at 45°S

Hello, I'm planning a mapping mission in Patagonia using Map pilot because I need the Terrain Awareness function. 

I'm working in Puerto Cisnes, Aysén Region, Chile, which is located at aprox. 45°S 72°W. When I tap the Terrain Aware option and try to obtain a profile, it shows the "Data Unavailable" error. I've drawn the mission and selected a take off point by double tapping on the screen.

I've repeated the same procedure in other locations like Santiago de Chile (33°S 72°W) and have no problema at all, so I don't know what is going on and would appreciate some help.
