3D model

Hello, I just got done seeing a map. However when viewing the 3D model of this map, all I can see is black. Is there a reason for that? I'm also using my phone to view it. Could that be the issue?

Make sure you are downloading the MTL and JPG texture files with the OBJ file. We recommend using MeshLab.
