We just completed a large mapping job and are trying to process it with your site. The issue is that as there were so many images captured, some have the same file name. When copying from the different folders into one main folder the files with conflicting names have been renamed to : DJI_0123.JPG (2) for example. We tried to upload all the images to your site but the files with the (2) suffix are not allowed to be uploaded.

Would the file names being the same be a cause of filling up one micros card and having to use another one where by default the same naming convention starts all over again?
And if that is so could you avoid the renaming issue by making sure that the cards capacity could handle your multiple flights?
