Map Pilot will not allow the aircraft to take off without a supported camera on it. It doesn't really matter for the Sequoia anyway though since the RGB imagery will be almost useless if it isn't properly gimbaled/stabilized.
Hello,
I would like to run map missions with the Sequoia Multi Spectral camera mounted to a Phantom 3 and as such the stock cam will not be mounted. Will the missions work with this setup? IE will the software pass all check and mission complete without errors?
Thanks
EDIT, Found Answer
NO it won't work,
Can you advise if this will ever be an option?
Thanks

I have tested a P3 Adv with a sequoia using other apps and the RGB imagery is fine. However, the Map Pilot app is way better than anything else on the market, is there a chance we can get support for Sequoia and P3?
Were you able to stitch the RGB images successfully?
Yes I was.
Map Pilot needs to know what camera is connected to be able to fly the flight path properly. Without the onboard computer of our Agronaut system there isn't a way to find out what camera is connected.
We'd love to see your stitching results if you can share them.
I would be happy to share the imagery. The file is around 250MB. Do you have a google drive or cloud storage link I can upload to?
Since it isn't too huge you can put it on DropCanvas and share the link.
