Multi-Battery Mission Error

We planned a mission and it prompted the use of 2 batteries. After changing the 1st battery, we tried reloading the same mission to continue the flight but was facing a number of errors:

The camera view was not available
We could not upload the mission
Continuous app crash.

Another issue was we edited one of the existing mission and tried flying but again it prompted battery error.

What is the reason for this error?

When you land you simply need to power down the aircraft normally, remove the battery, put the new one in and power the aircraft back up. The remote should stay powered. If there are any issues you can always go back to the main menu of the app and open the mission planning screen again to force a new connection.

It sounds like you either have an issue on your device or you might have some other drone related apps running in the background. Make sure those are all closed before using Map Pilot.

Is it necessary to go DJI4GO app between changing battery or no ?

No. You should never use DJI Go while using Map Pilot. Use DJI Go when you get to a new site to check for hardware issues but after that you need to fully close the DJI app.
