Warm hello from a noob! My name is Hans and I'd like to learn more about this app and MME. Please allow me to join this community board and start asking questions. I do hope that someday I'd be able to help other members too :)
Right away with my first question please.
I have a problem where a message keeps popping up on the screen of my ipad even though my AC (P4) and RC are OFF and my ipad is NOT connected to the RC and Wifi. My ipad is an Air2 Cellular.
"Aircraft Detected: Phantom 3 Standard. WiFi has a shorter range. Please stay within recommended boundary."
This message periodically show up and dismisses itself very often, every time I start the Map Pilot app. The app also shows that aircraft is connected and disconnected every now and then. This is highly disturbing especially when I am in the middle of planning footage area on the app. This also made me not wanting to fly the bird with the app yet, as I wouldn't want to guess what will happen within a flight. Please advise.
FYI my devices version are:
Ipad Air2 ios 9.3.2
Map Pilot 1.5.1
AC & RC all with the latest version firmware.

This tend to happen when there are a lot of different apps that are trying to maintain a connection to the aircraft are running at the same time. Please close all drone related apps fully and restart the iOS device. That usually clears it up.

Thanks for the response. I have done as per your advice and still getting the popup warning. Then I reinstalled the app and reboot my device, the app performed normally, could do mission planning as usual, until I accessed the "settings" section. Going back to the main display then the warning message comes back, keeps on popping up again. Tried reinstalling app, main display okay, then accessed "manage mission", with my previous saved missions gone, comeback to main display, then the silly message is there again.
Closing the app, restart the app, reboot ipad, they don't help. The problem still occur. Only reinstalling it and not touching "settings" and/or "manage missions" will keep the main display unobstructed by the "message pop up".
I think this is the same error that I described in another post.
