You can do that by creating a KML file and importing that.

Adding markers to map using coordinates
I am mapping some lots over wooded areas. I have the survey of the lots which I would like to overlay on my map. Is it possible to add markers to my map using coordinates which I could then use to overlay the survey on top of it.
