flat map fail

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. What you got is pretty much what a Flat Map is going to provide. It is based solely on the image's pointing tags, not photogrammetry (which requires a lot of overlap). The area you are covering doesn't really look like the kind of area that the flat maps are intended for.

Flat Maps are good for getting a general, not detailed, mapping of an area for general planning use. 

If you want better results you can adjust the alignment of things in Map Pilot Pro before uploading them.
