In my map pilot app "My location" point is not moving while I'm driving. It is hard to find the current location and the place we plan to fly drone. I just to want to how to fix that problem. tq!

We have noticed that on iOS 14 if you tap the blue location dot it brings up a really huge icon that we haven't figured out how to hide yet... I would avoid tapping the blue dot if that is what you are talking about.
I don't know why it wouldn't be moving though. The screenshot will let us see what you are seeing.
This blue icon should be moving while we are moving, but it doesn't work well still stuck in the same location. What I mentioned is I suppose it to work as Google map. When we drive the blue dot also move, so we can see our current location.
What does it do in Map Pilot Pro? Map Pilot Pro handled iOS 14 quirks a bit better. Also, make sure you have given the app access to the GPS location. If you lock it out the first time you launch it I could see this happening.
Currently I am using Map pilot not pro. Last version it work so well with this current location function.
I really confused about my IPAD gps .I read alot on web for GPS problem and none of them were useful .When i am at home IPAD shows my location on MAP- google earth - google map - Map pilot
whether connected to wifi or not .But when i am at field it doesn't show my location on mentioned program i turned ON/OFF wifi connect ipad to my mobile via hotspot reset privacy and location switch airplane and all solution that i found on web . if you know any solution let me know i have problem in MAPPILOT because i dont know my current location .
WIFI only devices will not update their position position once they are offline since they are not equipped with a GPS receiver antenna. The position it shows is derived from Apple knowhing where your WIFI router is.
Therefore the position dot will not show the device's position when out in the field, even if you are on a hotspot.
Having the location dot be accurate does not affect the usage of the app as long as you are not using the movable home point feature. Once you are offline it is safe to turn the device to Airplane Mode.
