Points and free jobs

Hi, I love your service. One question though, if all jobs 250 Points or less are free, then why were 220 points deducted from my account for a job of 55 images?

As of Monday (2/22/2021) we changed our pricing for the first time in almost 7 years. Jobs of up to 1 gigapixel worth of imagery are free to process. The free processing threshold was lowered a bit (1.25 gigapixels previously) but we made the paid maps substantially cheaper to process as a tradeoff. 

The new discounted pricing is not available using the Classic Workflow. 

I believe all references to the 250 point threshold has been updated on the site to 1 gigapixel. Please let us know if we missed any.

Well at 1.097902 gigapixels it appears that I just missed out. The reference to 250 images I see is on the home page at mapsmadeeasy.com which says " All jobs 250 Points or less are free! All new accounts get 500 Points as a starting balance. Enough to map 800 acres."

Bah! Missed one. It has already been changed. We will refund that job for bringing it to our attention.
