I have had great success using the interval photo settings so far, however, when I go into settings, change data capture to video, (inherit camera settings IS OFF) , then go to my mission, it displays the red record button, when I land, I get all the correct prompts that mission has been successful, however, when I view the data on the SD card, all I see is 1 picture.

Interesting. Thank you for the report. It may be a Mini 3 specific issue. We will give it a look for the next release.
In the meantime, you could use the button on your remote to start the video recording manually when it gets onto the flight path.

Hey Zane! I have taken note about manually pressing the record button to reinforce the record action.
When i look at the "flight info" on the left hand side, it does say there was an expected 2.17GB of data, and 1 image was taken. It does appear that right when the recording is invoked, at that exact moment, just a picture is being taken.
For more info, I am using the "e version" of the apk file for dji mini 3 / enterprise series.

That data estimate is for images that are taken, not video. There is not an estimate number for video since it would be highly content dependent. We should probably remove the data estimate when video mode is active.
The video not working is likely specific to the 'e' variant since the aircraft that use that use a different SDK version from DJI.
