Problem mit DJI Mavic Air 2

I have a problem with the Map Pilot Pro app,
 namely my DJI Mavic Air 2 is recognized in the 
app but I cannot start a flight. The result is an 
error because the app cannot connect and therefore 
the Mavic Air 2 cannot start the flight. Can someone 
help me or tell me how I can solve the problem.

This probably has something to do with the two 1 star reviews you left on Google before reaching out for support. Your account was disabled because we don't like it when people do that. Take those down and we can talk. Nothing is going to work without a valid account.

No humiliation. Not sure where that is coming from. Leaving a bad review before ever reaching out for help is just the sign of a customer who doesn't like to be helpful or contribute anything of substance. We don't like complainers. We like helpers. Reviews are not the proper venue for support. If you want things fixed report them like a normal person. We fix things faster than anyone else out there. We don't respond to threats. We help reasonable people to the greatest extent we can.

Your initial review was taken down to create your latest. We don't appreciate being called a scam. Yes, we have paid workers creating paid software that you can download for free. Tens of thousands of people continue to use the app for free all day long. All we ask is that if you want to use the more advanced features you help pay for the engineering costs involved.

misunderstood the cost thing. I understood it to 
mean that it is a trial for a certain period of 
time and then you have to take out a subscription 
for a fee in order to be able to continue using 
the app as usual. Ok, I apologize for 
misunderstanding. I'm happy to help and 
give feedback. I'm also happy to help you further 
develop the app or improve it with tips and 
suggestions. Sorry if it came across differently 
and I misunderstood it. I hope everything is 
clarified now and we can talk sensibly and help 
each other. Sorry again that I misunderstood the 
whole thing

Thank you for that. Your account has been reinstated and will work with waypoint enabled aircraft without any payment. The Air 2 is a Virtual Stick controlled aircraft and that feature is an advanced feature that is available on the Base tier and up:

That means the Phantom 3 aircraft you discussed previously will work fine. 

I'm assuming that the DJI Phantom 3 won't work with 
the app without a subscription. It's a shame, but as 
I said, there's nothing you can do about it

As noted previously, the Phantom 3 models that are waypoint equipped are fully supported with the Free tier. 

and how can I pay with my German bank.

We accept credit cards, Link, and Google Pay. We enabled some German banks but don't know if those will actually work. The system is designed to work with credit cards primarily. 

And how can I pay via Google? I don't know much 
about that. It would be helpful if you could explain 
it to me

Just add a new payment method:

I only see credit card payments and American bank 
payments but nothing with German bank payments or 
Goggle Playstor payments
