I need to convert the points to normal, I thought that by buying more they would move over.
The promotion points came from a refund and if I can move them, pelase delete them.
I need the normal points so I can have my logo on the projects.
Please advice.

All promotional points in your account are converted to purchased points anytime a purchase is made.

I tried to use my promotional points to process 97 photos for a mission a couple of weeks ago and something went wrong. I never got the results. Can you restore the points so I can process the photos?
I am new to your ways of doing things. On my profile page I do see under points that I now have 500 promotional points. So, I guess that I can try again, right?
If you have 500 promo points in your account then none were used. It sounds like you might have had an internet connectivity issue during your upload and it was never completed.
Also, jobs of less than 250 points (1250 total megapixels) are free. It sounds like your job just might have been free.
