Terrain awareness not working

When I run Map Pilot on my iphone 6 SPlus - with strong 3G/ WIFI internet connection, I can't make in-app purchases.  When I tap the Terrain Aware button in the main Map Pilot console screen, I get a popup screen titled Terrain Awareness Preview.  It gives the price and seeks acknowledgement of the use terms.  There are 3 buttons/ options in this popup screen:

1) BUY.  When I click this, it closes the popup window and returns me to the main console.  No iTunes payment window appears at all.

2) RESTORE.  When I click this button, it pops up a message called PURCHASE with the caption "In-app purchases are not allowed".  There is an OK button, which closes the popup window.

3) NO THANKS.  This button closes the Terrain Awareness Preview screen.

Note: I do not have any drone connected while trying to purchase the Terrain Awareness feature.  Do I need to have a drone connected to the Map Pilot App???  Thanks for your advice.

Hmm. That certainly doesn't sound right. We have lots of users purchasing it every day so I don't know that it is an issue with how we have implemented the purchase. 

Is there any chance you have parental controls installed or IAP disabled?

The aircraft does not need to be connected to be able to purchase the feature. 

We have added a warning when this is the case for the next version.

YOU must change in iPhone setting the in-app purchases options.

I'm not clear on how to trigger the in-app purchase? It sounded like one suggestion was with the drone connected, to select the terrain aware icon within Map Pilot - but mine is just greyed out, and not selectable.

In my Maps Made Easy Account Profile I also don't see any ability to get/request a "Map Pilot Terrain Data Access Token". The only token options I see are for:

- Map Pilot Access Token API User

- Mapbox Access Token

Any suggestions would be great.

btw - I don't have any restriction set on in-app purchases, so that shouldn't be the issue. Cheers Jon

Jon: Make sure you are on the latest version of Map Pilot. 

You have to have a valid flight designed for the Terrain Aware button to become active (not grayed out). If you are not connected to your aircraft you need to double tap somewhere to define your anticipated takeoff location.

Ok - I thought that was something different for API users. I was looing for a Terrain Data Access token - no problems - thanks Zane

I need to purchase terrain awareness. How do I do that? I have an apple id and password. Have looked in appstore, in the app. I am not familiar with In-app purchase feature of ios.
