I have tried to upload individual geo tagged images taken on a Phantom 3 through Maps Made Easy App for DJI. The images all look okay however when i previewed them before uploading them a lot of the images were black. What does this mean? Are these images no good?

Are the images OK on your computer?
If they are OK on your computer but are black in the review window it will probably be fine. It is possible that there was some sort of error in the thumbnail generation step but that won't effect the processing of the final product.

Yea the images are fine on my computer it's just in the review page where some appear black.
I will try upload them for processing and see how it works out.

Your test looks like it came out OK and doesn't appear to be missing any images. Sorry for the confusion.
