Can you suggest me a tool or software that can help me measure the fields after stitching maps made with an DJI3Pro? All I need is to be able to get a .gpx/shx file with the measurements made. I use an app called gis kit that was pretty good for creating polygons that can be exported as .gpx files but the google hybrid map is too old now and all I can see is that they accept raw URL for generating a newer map.
QGIS is the standard for free GIS software and it will generate shape file outputs. GPX is more of a handheld GPS navigation file type and it isn't used too often in a GIS context.
If you are just doing area or distance (or even volume) measurements, you could probably just use our embedded tools and share the map with your drone collected data.

Using the embedded tools it`s kind of ok for area and distance measurements but there's you can't export them as a shape file. I think QCIS is a bit more sophisticated that what I need in area measurements.
