Power cycle it all and make sure there are no other drone related apps running.
The N1 remote has been problematic for a lot of users.

DJI N1 Controller battery recognition
It uses Android, DJI N1 controller and DJI AIR2S.
The program does not recognize the battery of the controller.
Is there a solution? thank you
