We haven't heard of images coming out black before... What mission was this for? I see a recent mission in your account but it looks like it took the image properly except for a handful that had errors.
Black images would be something wrong with the camera. Maybe triggering the images too fast. But usually the camera will just say there is an error instead of writing a black image. Are you sure you copied the files of the SD card properly? What if you view the images directly off the SD card?
If there is a problem it may help to slow the SD card write speed down a bit in the settings.
