OBJ file

The new batch of processing yielded no OBJ file for my map, have you stopped making them available?

My last processing in May 2021 gave me LAS, TXT, OBJ, MTL and 3d texture. Where can I download these now?

I even re-ran the processing selecting "full 3d rendering" to see if there was a difference, but I cant see any way to download these files.

Can you help me? The map in question was finished at Aug. 17, 2021, 10:42 p.m.

Since the beginning of this year you have to elect to generate the Full Resolution OBJ in Step 2 of the DJI Specific workflow.

In May you used the Classic workflow which still generates all of the files by default but is not eligible for the job size discounts.

When you re-ran the job you elected to use the Full 3D processing which is different:

The second running has been refunded and we have modified the tool tips to be more clear.
