I am going to assume that says 1" per pixel (one inch). The GSD (ground sampling distance) is shown under the flight altitude selection slider since the height you fly is what drives the level of detail of the outputs.
The horizontal and vertical accuracy should be fine but you could use some surveyed check points on the ground to see how far off our initial result is. If it is off you would need to run the Manual Realignment processing using the checkpoint GCPs. You can read more about that here:

I think all of our rendering would be considered natural.
