What have you tried?
What error messages are you getting?
What are you seeing that tells you it isn't working?

Thanks for the reply. Using the web interface. Drag and drop, hover seems to work, changing folder cover to blue, but upon dropping... absolutely nothing happens.
Clicking the select files box, selecting them for download from my computer, select open... absolutely nothing.
I'm just trying to do a flat map at this point.
There are two workflows: DJI Specific and Classic. Which of those are you using?
Don't drag and drop. Click on the "Select Files to Upload" and select the files.
In Step1 you just select a test image out of the data set so we know what we are looking at. Then you check some options in Step 2. Give it a name and agree to the terms in Step 3. Step 4 is where you select the full dataset. The system will look at them and show you a map of where they were taken from and show a point calculation. If that all looks good you hit upload.
Flat Maps require certain images to be taken and certain cameras to be used. That is not the beginner activity. Use the regular DJI Workflow first.
