I'm trying to create a new linear mission in Map Pilot Business but for some reason I'm not able to activate the purple dot anymore. I've created about 40 linear missions so far but now the purple doesn't show up anymore when I double touch the screen. I'm in Connectionless mode, not sure if that matters...I've tried both way.
If the iOS device is connected to the remote it won't allow you to do the double tap method since it is looking for an aircraft location which will get used for the layout. If this is the case just unplug the cable from the iOS device and double tapping will work again.

I don't have any cables plugged into my iPad. Still not working. Is there something I need to change in settings?
Even though I don't have any cables plugged in, it does says it's "Looking for Drone".
Make sure you are using the latest version which is 4.1.6. If that doesn't help please post a screenshot of what you are seeing because we are unable to reproduce your situation.

That doesn't look like a linear mission layout but the purple dot should still be showing up fine... Are you double tapping like before? We have had no other complaints of this and would likely have a TON of them if the issue was widespread. Can you send us a video of you doing it so we can see what you are doing?
Try switching your double tapping up a bit. Try it fast. Try it slow. Make sure you are staying in the same place. Try different fingers. Stuff like that.
How are those white lines being shown on the map?

All missions are created in Map Pilot Pro and synced to Maps Made Easy. You can create a boundary on Maps Made Easy and sync that to the app to use for creating a mission.
