I am currently unable to log into the program. When I select the icon the Maps made easy Version 4.0.8 comes up and the times out and defaults back to the ipads home screen.

What can I do to fix this?

This sounds like an issue with some old files not working or something. Please delete the app and reinstall it and it will likely work.

Thanks Zane.

The piece of info I had left off the last post was that it is an ipad mini4 running iOS 13.2. I noted others are having issues running an ios above 12.

Ahhh. Apple is at it again on this 13.X release. 13.2 broke more stuff again. We hope to be releasing another update this week to address this issue.

I would highly recommend turning off the automatic updates if you rely on your apps to do your work. 13.1.1 broke things and so did 13.2. Fun stuff.

Good afternoon,

Still having issues with version 4.1.0 not working with ios 13.2.2. Apple has blocked the ability to downgrade the ios back to 12.

What else can I do to get this app working?

Please try doing a fresh install after deleting and then install 4.1.1.
