Take a look at the DJI Diagnostics column of your log file. Chances are there was a hardware fault that caused the flight to stop.

Good day
Yesterday, my Mavic Pro 2 flew to the first waypoint and just hovered there, without commencing the mission and taking any photos. I didn't receive an error message or any sorts. I had to break off the mission and fly home. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
Best regards,
Mark

Well, I managed to take pictures with the DJI Go app, so the hardware should be fine, right? I will try again today with the Phantom and Mavic...
Taking a picture is only part of the process. If it stopped it would likely be due to a compass, GPS or gimbal issue. What did the log file say?
So I have to check the DJI Phantom and Mavic flight logs? I will do so next week when I'm in the office again...
Hi Zane
I downloaded the flight logs, but don't seem to find anything that explains the errors. Two Things happend that I can't quite explain: 1) the drone did not want to take off, and 2) the drone flew to the first waypoint and just waited there, without commencing the flight. Can I send you the respective logs to check?
Regards,
Mark
You can take a look at the files yourself but if you want us to take a look you can email them to mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com
