SeguirPossible erroneous signal strength readings...
Hello. The Vehicle is a DJI M600 Pro with the latest firmware. I'm using MapPilot Business edition v2.9.2. We are using the M600 for LiDAR missions.
With the AC mere feet from the RC, MapPilot is showing signal strength hovering between 50% and 70%.

Yet, in the Go App, reception shows 5 bars out.
Is MapPilot misreading or misreporting signal strength?
Note: The Go App has a "Signal Diagnostics" that simply reports signal strength in dBm. Nowhere in their documentation do they indicate what the normal range is. To make things worse, they want the user to detach some antenna that is completely buried in the wire loom. So "Signal Diagnostics" is of no help as of this writing.
Regards,
Donnie

Map Pilot reports the raw signal percentage as it is reported via the DJI SDK. We don't know the mapping DJI uses in translating this value to the 'bars' measure either.
In general we recommend using the DJI Go app to figure out which channels have the best signal and select those in DJI Go. The FULLY close any other drone related apps before opening Map Pilot.
