Can only set 3 points

I have been using Map Pilot 3.1.4 build 030520192 on an Ipad Air for about 2 years with no problems. Now all of a sudden I can only set 3 points to fly instead of 4 or more.  It only lets me do a triangle. What is the problem.  I fly a DJI Phantom 4.

As of version 3.1.0 we made it so the app supports convex polygon layouts with internal points. To do this we used the segment bisection method that is common for such tasks. 

You need to draw the first three markers and then you can drag the smaller markers in the middle of the segments around to create your survey area.
